Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a diverse team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and drive performance excellence across the region
Develop and implement customer engagement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all interactions
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify prospects for growth and improvement within the region




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of customer management
Achieve a measurable increase in customer satisfaction scores and retention rates within the assigned area
Successfully lead the team to meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth in the region
Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Implement effective training programs that enhance team capabilities and customer management skills
