Oversee all dispatches from IDC Central Warehouse
Liaise with logistics vendors and schedule dispatch as per expectations set with supply chain team
Plan and report schedules of dispatch in coordination with supply chain team
Ensure and oversee deliveries are done as per standards set by the company
Oversee packaging of finished goods. Ensure packaging is done as per IDC SOPs
Ensure timely communications of delays and slips with supply chain team
Maintain and update daily trackers with regards to readiness and movement of goods
Oversee all warehouse functions including the selection, training and management of warehouse staff
Maintain daily stock reports (inward and outward movement)
Ensure there is regular flushing of stock from the warehouse, eliminating extended storage days
Informing regular capacities of the warehouse, and escalation when capcity is over 80%
Liaise with logistics and supply chain teams for movement of goods
Support in regular store audits and checks conducted by the company
Ensure warehouse operations meet all department mandated timeframes and deadlines
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
