Role & Responsibilities
Lead architectural design development from concept to execution.
Prepare and review construction drawings and documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, clients and site teams.
Guide and mentor junior architects and manage the architecture team.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and quality standards.
Review site execution and resolve design-related issues.
Monitor project timelines, design deliverables and execution quality.
Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the project.

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Arch from a recognised institution.
45+ years of experience in architecture, preferably in construction/real estate projects.
Robust experience in design coordination and construction documentation.
Valuable understanding of site execution and architectural detailing.
Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and project teams.
Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/drafting, modelling, rendering and coordination tools.
Candidates with experience handling large-scale/complex projects will be preferred.
