We are looking for a creative and skilled Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections & working drawings.
Develop 2D/3D designs and presentations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors & site teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor design execution.
Ensure designs comply with building bylaws and standards.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications and project documentation.
Requirements:
B.Arch. degree.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray & Photoshop.
Valuable knowledge of architectural detailing and construction.
Solid design, communication and coordination skills.
Relevant experience preferred.
