Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, property dealers and other relevant market partners.
Generate business through open-market activities and ensure a healthy and sustainable sales funnel.
Lead, coach and monitor the performance of Relationship Managers / Sales Managers within the assigned area.
