Role & responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align People & Culture strategies with business priorities and workforce needs.
Advise leaders and employees on people matters, performance, development, and employee relations.
Drive talent management, succession planning, performance, and organizational development initiatives.
Identify talent risks, capability gaps, workforce trends, and development opportunities using people insights.
Support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
Coach managers and leaders on performance, engagement, change management, and people leadership.
Support employee relations, investigations, policy interpretation, and compliance with employment regulations.
Drive culture, engagement, inclusion, employee experience, and change management initiatives.
Collaborate with P&C; teams, global Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.




Provide local insights and contribute to site-wide initiatives supporting business growth and organizational maturity.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
10+years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar client-facing role.
Experience supporting talent management, performance management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives.
Solid knowledge of HR practices and local employment regulations.
Experience working in matrixed, global, or fast-growing organizations.
Solid business acumen and ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes.
Excellent communication, coaching, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
