Support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing operations, and leading the team to deliver excellent customer experience and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards
Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve escalations
Monitor daily operations and prepare sales reports
Act as Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements
Mandatory: MBA / PGDM
Experience: 7–10 years total, with 3–5 years preferably in retail sales
Robust leadership, sales orientation, and customer-handling skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
Valuable understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
