TTEC Ahmedabad is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
What are we looking for?
1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably volume/BPO hiring.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Robust candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Experience handling virtual and walk-in interviews and coordinating interview drives.
Ability to assess candidates' English communication and overall suitability.
Valuable knowledge of job portals.
Good MS Excel and computer skills with the ability to work on recruitment systems/tools.
Willingness to work in office and travel to other cities when required.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
Coordinate virtual and walk-in hiring drives.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support hiring requirements.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
