Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end travel operations for domestic and international travel.
Oversee flight, hotel, visa, insurance, rail, and ground transportation bookings.
Ensure timely ticket issuance, amendments, cancellations, refunds, and revalidation.
Handle complex travel itineraries and provide effective travel solutions.
Lead and mentor the travel operations team to achieve service excellence and operational efficiency.
Monitor daily operations, productivity, and service quality against defined SLAs.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, visa agencies, consolidators, and other travel partners.
Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and negotiate competitive commercial terms.
Ensure compliance with client travel policies, company SOPs, and industry regulations.
Resolve customer escalations and manage critical travel disruptions effectively.
Monitor travel costs and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
Prepare operational MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.




Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Support business growth by collaborating with sales and account management teams for recent client onboarding and transition

Required Skills
Exposure in Corporate Travel Management
Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel operations.
Hands-on experience in flight ticketing, itinerary planning, fare construction, refunds, exchanges, and reissuance.
Experience with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Knowledge of visa processes, travel insurance, and international travel documentation.
Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Solid analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
