The Training Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs for all employees. The role will focus on improving employee performance, service standards, guest satisfaction, compliance, and overall organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs through discussions with HODs, employee feedback, performance reviews, and operational observations.
Prepare and implement the annual/monthly Training Calendar.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for recent employees.
Organize departmental, technical, behavioural, leadership, and service-standard training.
Coordinate mandatory and statutory training programs such as food safety, fire & life safety, first aid, POSH, etc.
Conduct soft-skills and hospitality service training.
Monitor employee participation and training effectiveness.
Maintain training records, attendance, feedback forms, assessments, and training reports.
Work closely with HODs to improve employee performance through targeted training.
Identify internal trainers and develop departmental trainers.




Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, observations, and performance improvement.
Coordinate external trainers, consultants, and training institutes.
Prepare monthly training reports and present key training metrics to management.
Support employee engagement, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
Ensure training programs are aligned with the hotel's brand standards and operational requirements.
