B2B Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to build and grow a new brand from the ground up.

This is a hands-on, 0-to-1 marketing role spanning brand development, positioning, website, content, campaigns, and lead generation.

You will help define how the brand goes to market, build the marketing infrastructure needed to support growth, and personally own a significant part of the writing and execution.

You will also manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors where specialist support is required.

What youll do
Build the marketing foundation from scratch, including brand positioning, messaging, target audiences, go-to-market strategy, and channel planning.
Own lead generation, developing and executing campaigns across email, digital, content, social, partnerships, and other relevant channels to build a qualified pipeline.
Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives,



measuring performance and continuously improving campaigns and channels based on results.
Identify, brief, and manage agencies, freelancers, technology partners, and other marketing vendors.

What were looking for
5+ years of B2B marketing (US market) experience, ideally with experience building or scaling a recent brand, business, or offering.
Excellent English writing and editing skills, with strong experience creating content for qualified B2B audiences.
Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, branding, positioning, digital marketing, SEO, website strategy, and campaign execution.
Ability to operate independently in a 0-to-1 setting, moving comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing technology, website analytics, CRM, and campaign measurement.
Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and external vendors.
