Handle all billing and invoicing activities at the Jorhat showroom, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of customer transactions in a retail jewellery setting.
Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate bills and invoices for gold, diamond, and other jewellery sales
Process payments, maintain billing records, and ensure proper documentation
Handle GST billing, making charges, and related computations
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth billing operations
Maintain daily billing reports and support stock/inventory reconciliation as required
Ensure compliance with company billing processes and statutory requirements
Provide polite and effective service to customers during the billing process
Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in a retail showroom environment (preferably jewellery or similar high-value retail)
Basic knowledge of GST billing and retail invoicing
Accuracy, attention to detail, and good numerical skills
Working knowledge of billing software / POS systems
Good communication skills and customer-friendly approach
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
