Exalix Tech is hiring a Business Development Manager.
We implement ERPNext for manufacturers, traders and distributors across Gujarat's industrial belt and a few clients overseas. Delivery is robust. Now we need someone to keep the pipeline full.
What you'll own:
Finding and qualifying leads for ERP implementation projects
Running first calls and discovery with SME owners and decision makers
Managing the client relationship from first contact to signed proposal
Closing deals and handing clean context to the delivery team
What we're looking for:
1 to 2 years in B2B sales. ERP or software sales is a big plus
Someone who can talk to a factory owner, not just an IT head
Transparent written English and the confidence to lead a call
Based in Ahmedabad or ready to move here
This is not a role where you inherit a script. You'll shape how we sell.
