Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using
Revit
, ensuring compliance with
U.S. standards
.
Review client inputs and understand project scope to plan and execute work efficiently.
Develop and modify custom Revit families as per project requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail in all deliverables.
Apply
BIM best practices to improve workflow efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum
1 year of experience in architectural design and
Building Information Modeling (BIM)
.
Solid proficiency in
Revit is mandatory.
Knowledge of
AutoCAD and other related software is an added advantage.
Positive understanding of architectural drafting standards and construction documentation
.
Prior exposure to
American architectural standards is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.
