Key Responsibilities
Baking & Decoration: Bake high-quality cakes, sponges, pastries, and tarts from scratch. Design and decorate custom cakes (e.g., birthday, wedding, anniversary cakes) using fondant, buttercream, whipped cream, and royal icing.
Menu Creativity: Introduce current cake flavors, seasonal designs, and trendy pastry items to our menu.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of taste, freshness, texture, and presentation for all baked goods.
Inventory Management: Monitor kitchen inventory, order raw ingredients (flour, chocolate, butter, edible colors), and minimize kitchen wastage.
Hygiene & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation guidelines in the bakery area.

Requirements & Skills
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Cake Baker, Decorator, or Pastry Chef.
Technical Skills: Expertise in cake baking, leveling,



frosting, and advanced cake decorating techniques (piping, fondant molding, etc.).
Creativity: Solid artistic skills with an eye for detail, color harmony, and modern cake trends.
Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple customized orders and deliver them on time, especially during weekends and busy seasons.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
