Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our cafe team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, handling customer orders, and ensuring excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and quality standards.
Take customer orders and provide friendly and professional service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area.
Ensure proper handling and storage of bar ingredients and equipment.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about required items.
Follow company standards for beverage preparation and presentation.
Handle customer requests and resolve basic service-related issues.
Maintain proper hygiene and safety standards.




Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
Follow company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Bartender is preferred.
Knowledge of beverage preparation and bar operations.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive hygiene and grooming standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced cafe/restaurant setting.

Salary: ₹ – ₹ per month, depending on experience and skills. Pay: ₹9,589.13 - ₹29,140.48 per month
