Job Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot

Windows Server settings.
Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and maintenance.
Manage

Microsoft Azure services, VMs, networking, storage, monitoring, and security.
Provide administration and troubleshooting support for

Linux servers

Support

AWS infrastructure and cloud services as required.
Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security.
Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
Troubleshoot OS, application, connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues.
Work with networking, security, application, and other infrastructure teams.




Maintain technical documentation and follow enterprise IT standards.
