Role: Business Analyst – Shipping & Maritime Domain
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)
Domain: Shipping & Maritime (Mandatory)
Employment: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document shipping and maritime business processes.
Gather business requirements and prepare BRD, FRS, and user stories.
Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT teams.
Support UAT, change management, software releases, and deployment.
Work with Maritime ERP systems, Vessel Management Systems (VMS), Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), Port Community Systems (PCS), Cargo Tracking Platforms, and related solutions.
Analyze operational KPIs such as vessel turnaround time, port stay duration, freight costs, fleet utilization, and on-time delivery.

Required Skills:
Solid Business Analysis experience.
Shipping/Maritime domain expertise.
Requirement Gathering, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis.
Agile/Scrum methodologies.
SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Advanced Excel.
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and API integration concepts.
