SyStos Technology is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. We are looking for candidates who have a solid interest in IT Sales, Lead Generation and Online Business Development.

Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through online channels and platforms.
Identify and approach potential clients for IT services.
Handle business development activities on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru and other freelancing platforms.
Manage client communication through email marketing and professional outreach.
Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and send proposals, quotations and follow-ups.
Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
Achieve lead generation and business development targets.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.




Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and client interactions.

Requirements – Freshers
Good knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Guru and other online platforms.
Basic understanding of Email Marketing and Online Lead Generation.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong interest in IT Sales and Business Development.
Ability to research and identify potential clients.
Valuable negotiation and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn and achieve targets.

Requirements – Experienced Candidates
Hands-on experience in Upwork, Freelancer, Guru or similar freelancing platforms.
Practical experience in lead generation, email marketing and client acquisition.
Experience in handling proposals, client communication and follow-ups.
Proven understanding of online business development channels.
Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
