Key Responsibilities:
Site Scouting & Auditing
Identify current ongoing construction / tiling / renovation sites in assigned areas.
Visit sites regularly to
Capture basic site details (location, size, stage of work, decision-maker).
Check usage of our material vs competitor material.
Evaluate quality of application and product performance.
Recheck and track high-potential sites over time to ensure follow-up.
Maintain a clean log/report of all sites visited (daily / weekly).
Relationship Building at the Site
Build solid working relationships with: Contractors, Mistris / applicators, Site supervisors / decision influencers
Collect and pass on feedback from ground workers (performance, ease of use, problems).
Mistri Engagement & Events
Plan and conduct mistri meets / engagement events (games, demo sessions, informal gatherings) target: 2 events every 2 months.
Ensure positive attendance from active and target mistris.




Build loyalty so they prefer using and recommending our product on future sites.
Document each event (attendance list, photos, key outcomes).
Market Research & Territory Travel
Travel across Chhattisgarh as per schedule to map new pockets of demand.
Share structured inputs back to management on pricing pressure, quality issues, gaps, and new opportunities.
Sales Conversion & Retention Support
Work closely with Sales Executives / RMs to:
Push first-time usage of our material at new sites.
Retain ongoing sites so they dont shift to competitor mid-project.
Smoothen repeat orders where required.
Escalate urgent on-site issues (material requirement, quality complaint, delivery delay) to the sales team fast so we dont lose the site.
Make sure the site stays ours till completion
