Role & responsibilities
Be available on ground at all times to handle customer site visits and field activities.
Show residential properties/plots to customers based on their requirements such as budget, location, and preferences.
Coordinate and accompany customers for property visits, explain project details, and resolve basic queries.
Build rapport with customers and convert property visits into bookings.
Actively follow up with customers after site visits to drive closures.
This is a 100% field-based role (no desk job / no work-from-home).
Incentives will be generated based on property showings and successful conversions, as per company structure.
Travel Allowance (TA) will be provided for on-ground travel and site visits.
Maintain daily updates on site visits, customer interactions, and conversions with the reporting manager.
