We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct online product demonstrations through Google Meet and Zoom.
Engage with inbound leads and identify potential customers.
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
Manage customer onboarding and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collect customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to improve customer experience and sales processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
Comfortable conducting online product demonstrations and interacting with customers.
Robust willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup setting.
