Role Description The Business Development Cum Operation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s placement and consultancy services.

Daily tasks include managing end-to-end operations, coordinating with internal teams, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role also involves preparing and monitoring budgets, tracking performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. The manager will support strategic planning, participate in client meetings, and contribute to revenue growth while ensuring smooth operational workflow.

Qualifications
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess business performance, and support decision-making.
Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee daily processes, improve efficiency,



and ensure service quality.
Effective Communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams in a explicit, qualified manner.
Experience in Budgeting to plan, allocate, and monitor financial resources for business and operational activities.
Demonstrated Sales skills to identify opportunities, convert leads, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Relevant experience in placement services, HR consulting, or service-based industries is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM or operations management tools is an advantage.
