Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads provided by the company.
Connect with interested prospects and understand their requirements.
Explain products/services and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information.
Work closely with the sales team to improve conversions.
Participate in training and regular performance reviews.
