Goa Institute for Up-to-date Management is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential students/customers, understanding their career and learning requirements, explaining suitable programs, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Explain course details, benefits, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.
Generate and manage leads through effective follow-up.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversions.
Build solid relationships with prospective students and parents.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions and operations team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and other business development initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
Candidates who are passionate about sales, education, and career counselling are preferred.
