Sunday Croissant is a mid-premium croissant brand launching in Hyderabad. As we open our doors, we're looking for a Cafe Manager who can lead the team and shape the customer experience from day one.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily cafe operations — staffing, scheduling, stock, and store upkeep
Be the go-to person for customers, handling questions, feedback, and concerns with patience and professionalism
Lead, coach, and motivate the on-ground team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Coordinate with the brand and supply teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution
Uphold cafe standards for hygiene, presentation, and service quality
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in cafe or restaurant management, preferably in F&B; or retail
Excellent communication skills — able to manage customers, staff, and vendors with clarity and confidence
A natural problem-solver who stays composed under pressure
Solid leadership instincts and a hands-on approach
Someone who genuinely enjoys people and hospitality
