Reservations Management

Handling incoming reservation requests (phone, online, in-person).

Accurately entering and managing reservation details.

Providing quotes and information to potential customers.

Managing booking changes and cancellations.

Day-to-Day Operations:

Coordinating vehicle dispatch and returns.

Ensuring vehicles are clean and maintained.

Managing vehicle availability and allocation.

Handling paperwork and documentation related to rentals.

Client Coordination

Communicating with clients to confirm bookings and provide updates.

Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.

Providing excellent customer service.

Customer Satisfaction
