About the Role
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the event lifecycle.
Act as the client SPOC, understand business and event objectives, coordinate briefs and deliverables, conduct meetings and site visits, manage feedback and approvals, and resolve concerns.
Ensure timely execution and strengthen retention through proactive communication and service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Understand event objectives, requirements, budgets and expectations.
Prepare client briefs, proposals, quotations, presentations and project updates.
Coordinate with creative, production, operations and vendor teams.
Manage approvals, feedback, timelines, deliverables and payments.
Attend client meetings, presentations, site visits and events.
Handle escalations, last-minute changes and execution challenges professionally.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to agreed quality standards.
Drive client satisfaction, retention and repeat business.
Maintain project documentation and provide post-event reports.

PreferredQualifications
Graduate or Post Graduate in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Hospitality, Event Management or related field.
Prior experience in an event, experiential, activation, exhibition or advertising agency preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Workspace.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
