Handle client queries and provide prompt resolutions
Maintain solid client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client servicing
Assist clients with account-related processes and documentation
Follow up with clients regarding updates and requirements
Maintain proper communication records and reports
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Skilled, confident, and client-centric approach
Basic knowledge of financial services/stock market will be an added advantage
