Key Responsibilities
Cable Laying & Routing: Run coaxial, Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber-optic cables safely through walls, ceilings, and conduits.
Terminations & Connections: Terminate wires, attach BNC or RJ45 connectors, and hook up power supplies, switches, and recording units (DVR/NVR).
Hardware Mounting: Securely mount analog and IP cameras to walls, ceilings, and poles at optimal viewing angles.
System Testing: Check signal continuity, test voltage levels, and verify live video feeds on monitors or network software.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair short circuits, broken lines, power drops, or interference in existing wiring
