We have an urgent opening for the position of Centre Head

Position: Centre Head/ Admission Counsellor

Location: Wakad, Baner, Hinjewadi

Work Timings: Flexible 8 hrs (Monday to Saturday)

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the center and will ensure that the center function is organized and productive and produces operational efficiencies

Responsibility
She will be responsible for driving the revenue growth as well as brining in Operational Efficiencies in the Centre.
Converting Inquiry into admissions.
Implementing Outdoor Marketing Campaign in their territory.
Should participate in Lead Generations activities by way of creating Events, Road
Shows and in center activity.
Staff Retention

If comfortable with the given KRA’s/Current Strategies
Parent Engagement
Academic Implementation
Visiting existing parents for child’s development
Revenue Maximization
Sales
Open for Change
Target Oriented
Communication




Internal Communicate internally with Teachers and Regional Manager for day to day operations External Communicate with various other departments and corporate office. Interact with Students and Parents on a daily basis. Reporting To Regional Manager
Skills and Qualification:

Education Level and others relevant experience: Qualification -Preferably Graduate/MBA , at least 3 years of experience either n Education sales customer services and operations. Knowledge Skills (General &Technical;): Complete end-to-end knowledge of customer services operations and sales.

Working knowledge of MS Office and advance level skills in Excel.

Positive Analytical skills and coordination skills.

Good verbal & written communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
