Location: Corporate Role – Overseeing All Hotel Operations

Experience: Minimum 10–15 Years (Multi-Property Hotel Operations)

Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on interview, experience & performance)

Role Overview The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for leading and managing the complete operations of all hotel properties. This role requires robust leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on operational expertise to ensure service excellence, profitability, and brand growth across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hotel units
Supervise Corporate GM, General Managers, and HODs
Ensure implementation and compliance of SOPs, brand standards & policies
Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and overall profitability




Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction & quality standards
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; management
Support expansion, pre-opening & business development initiatives
Coordinate with HR, Sales, Finance, F&B;, and Engineering teams

Candidate Profile
10–15 years of proven experience in senior hotel operations leadership
Solid exposure to multi-location / chain hotel management
Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, finance & compliance
Outstanding leadership, communication & decision-making skills
Ability to manage teams, drive performance & deliver results
