Role Overview

Support Lenze's business growth by identifying new customers, researching market opportunities, and generating insights for sales and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities
Identify OEMs, machine builders, and potential customers.
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.
Build and maintain customer databases and CRM records.
Generate qualified leads and support sales teams.
Prepare market intelligence and business chance reports.
Monitor industry trends, automation projects, and manufacturing investments.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering.
MBA in Marketing or Business Analytics preferred.




Up to 3 years of experience in Market Research, Business Research, Lead Generation, Sales Support, or Business Development.
