We are looking for an experienced and qualified Civil Engineer cum Billing Engineer to join our construction project team.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.
Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity calculations, and estimates.
Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills and client bills.
Verify subcontractor and vendor bills.
Measure completed work and prepare quantity take-offs.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports.
Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients.
Ensure that work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor material quantities and site requirements.
Prepare variation statements and additional work bills.
Maintain proper documentation related to billing and project execution.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is required.
Requirements
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5+ years experience in Civil Construction and Billing.
Experience in industrial/building construction projects will be preferred.
Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, quantity surveying, RA billing, and subcontractor billing.
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing documentation.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
