We are looking for an experienced CNC programmer with hands-on knowledge of CNC Plasma control systems. The candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and optimizing CNC machines for precision machining operations while ensuring quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare CNC programs using Mitsubishi control systems.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and machining methods.
Perform machine setup, prove-out, and first-piece inspection.
Optimize machining cycle time and reduce material wastage.
Coordinate with production and quality departments for smooth operations.
Troubleshoot programming and machine-related issues.
Maintain proper documentation of programs and process sheets.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Required Skills




Solid knowledge of CNC & Stings controls.
Experience in CNC turning and/or VMC machining.
Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measuring instruments.
Understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining processes.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software will be an added advantage.

Qualification
Diploma / ITI / BE Mechanical Engineering.
Certification in CNC programming preferred.

Experience
2 to 6 years of experience in CNC programming and machine operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
