Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Coordinate and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, plumbers, electricians, fabricators, technicians, subcontractors, and skilled/unskilled workers.
Arrange and coordinate manpower and materials required for ongoing works.
Monitor the quality and progress of all works and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate between different trades and ensure that work is properly sequenced without delays.
Take responsibility for site measurements, material requirements, work planning, and day-to-day site coordination.
Identify site issues and resolve them efficiently in coordination with the concerned persons.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
