About the Role

We are looking for a Contract Bidding Intern with hands-on experience in bidding, tendering, procurement, and proposal preparation, who can independently manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Identify and evaluate opportunities through GeM, CPPP, and state-wide e-Procurement portals.
Conduct procurement and tender analysis, including eligibility, scope, timelines, and compliance.
Analyse tender documents and prepare EoIs, proposals, quotations, and bid submissions.
Track tenders, corrigendums, deadlines, submissions, and outcomes.
Research state and national startup benefit schemes.




Identify business opportunities and support strategic partnerships with small/medium/large-scale IT services companies.
Strong written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to draft skilled emails, proposals, and tender-related documents.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines.
