Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Follow up with delinquent customers and understand reasons for payment delays.
Negotiate suitable repayment solutions within approved company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and field visits.
Update collection status in the company's system/app on a daily basis.
