Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat support.
Provide accurate information about products, usage instructions, ingredients, and order status.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and skilled manner.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order tracking and customer support.
Maintain customer records.
Follow up with customers regarding feedback, repeat orders, and satisfaction levels.
Assist customers with returns, replacements, and refund procedures as per company policy.
Educate customers about product advantages while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Maintain a positive brand image through qualified communication.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
