About the Company A Fortune 200 company is building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire creative graphic designers for its enterprise brand team. You will help translate global brand guidelines into work that lands with regional and global audiences. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Creative Graphic Designer, you will develop original concepts and visuals for a Fortune 200 brand, working across a wide range of internal and external touchpoints while staying true to enterprise brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Concept & Craft
Develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, and internal communications
Design across formats: presentations, digital assets, print collateral, and signage
Translate global brand playbooks into locally resonant creative
Stakeholder & Brand Governance
Partner with global brand and marketing teams spread across time zones
Maintain brand consistency across a large, multi-market asset library
Ideal Candidate Profile
2 to 6 years in creative or graphic design with an enterprise or agency portfolio
Robust command of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Comfort working within an established brand system at scale
Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for a large, multi-brand or multi-market organisation
Familiarity with brand governance tools and asset-management systems
Exposure to presentation design for senior stakeholders
