We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build solid relationships with customers, understand their requirements, resolve queries, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with existing and prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about products/services.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, and prospective customers in a timely manner.
Maintain solid and positive relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with sales,



operations, and other internal teams to address customer requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business where appropriate.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the relevant teams.
Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, follow-ups, leads, and conversions.
Meet assigned customer service, follow-up, and business targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
