We are looking for a customer-focused CRE to handle enquiries, generate leads, coordinate site visits, and maintain solid customer relationships in the civil construction industry. Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and generate leads.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into projects.
Coordinate client meetings and site visits.
Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM.
Coordinate with sales, estimation, design, and project teams.
Address customer queries and ensure timely support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience in construction, real estate, interiors, or building materials.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
