Job Title: Community Success Associate - Operations
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai (On-site)

Role Overview:As the Community Success Associate, you will be a facilitator between the customer and advisor journey across the organisation. You will interact closely with the customer, supporting them in their journey to get insured from our advisors. You also will be connecting with our customers to get insights on which appropriate strategy can be developed.Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by ensuring timely and effective communication.
Assist in gathering insights from customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
Conduct regular audits of customer calls and analyse lead data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Review and follow up on low-rated feedback to address customer concerns and gather insights for service enhancements.
Support the advisor community by helping with engagement activities, and performance analysis.

Experience in Early stage startups will be preferred
