Job Overview
We are looking for Customer Support Executives for the Airtel Gold Voice Process. The role involves handling customer calls, assisting with service requests, resolving account and plan-related concerns, and providing quality customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and service requests.
Understand and resolve account and plan-related concerns.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers.
Ensure quality customer service during every interaction.
Update customer interaction records as required.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good customer service and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a voice-based customer support setting.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Training Details
Training Duration: 45 Days
Training Stipend: ₹400 per day
Training and process guidelines will be provided as part of the onboarding process.
Compensation & Work Schedule
Salary up to ₹15,500 CTC per month, based on interview performance.
