We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive CS & Sales Intern to support our Customer Service and Sales team. The intern will assist in handling customer queries, generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting day-to-day sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Contact prospective customers and explain products.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.
Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.
Prepare daily/weekly reports related to calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Valuable follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and engage customers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn customer relationship management.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an advantage.
Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.Com, MBA, or any relevant degree/course.
Freshers and candidates looking for internship experience are welcome.
Good communication skills and a willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
