Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to handle customer interactions for the Airtel Black Voice Process. The role involves assisting customers with service-related queries, providing accurate information, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls related to Airtel Black services.
Assist customers with billing, plans, and service-related queries.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Maintain qualified communication throughout customer interactions.
Record and update customer interaction details as required.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.




Work towards maintaining a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive customer-handling skills.
Ability to understand and resolve customer queries.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Training
Training Duration: 45 Days
Training Stipend: ₹400 per day
