We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our Delhi office. Freshers with basic knowledge of customer handling and valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.
Assist customers with product, order, delivery, return, and replacement-related queries.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions and complaints.
Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of customer service and communication.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
Valuable problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
