Fastbox Courier & Logistics is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our Kochi office.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing shipment updates, coordinating with customers and courier partners, and supporting day-to-day customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Provide shipment tracking and delivery updates to customers.
Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams regarding shipments.
Prepare and maintain basic shipment and customer records.
Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up on pending and delayed shipments.




Assist customers with booking and shipment-related queries.
Support the team with daily office and customer service activities.

Requirements:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication skills in English/Hindi and Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Experience: Freshers / 1–2 years of experience preferred Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
