We are looking for a confident and highly communicative Customer Relationship Executive to manage enquiries from prospective students and maintain positive relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and other platforms.
Explain our courses, fees, schedules and admission process clearly.
Follow up with interested candidates and support them throughout the admission process.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups.
Build friendly and skilled relationships with students and prospects.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and friendly telephone manner.
Ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam.
Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of social media.
Previous experience in customer relations, telecalling, counselling or sales is preferred.
We are looking for someone who can communicate confidently, understand prospective students’ needs and convert enquiries into admissions Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
