Role Overview:

Responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating daily wellness centre operations, supporting appointments and programs, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
Coordinate customer appointments, consultations, wellness sessions, and follow-ups.
Manage daily centre operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain customer records, registrations, attendance, and service-related documentation.
Coordinate with wellness specialists, doctors, trainers, and internal teams.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, existing customers, and pending appointments.
Support customer onboarding and explain available wellness programs and services.
Handle customer feedback, concerns, and service requests professionally.
Assist in organizing wellness programs, health camps, workshops, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required.




Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and maintain relevant records.
Support billing, payment follow-ups, and basic administrative activities, where applicable.
Ensure the centre maintains qualified standards, cleanliness, customer service, and operational discipline.
Contribute to customer retention, service quality, and overall centre performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
